Peanut Butter Balls

My son declared, “These are the best things you have ever made, Mom.”

Wow!

That was a complement. At least they are easy to make and so good to eat!

This recipe makes one cookie sheet of peanut butter balls. I roll these balls pretty small since my children are little.

Within a couple of hours, the peanut butter balls were more than half gone! Both of my kids kept saying, “More! More, please!”

These are a nice snack and taste fabulous with a glass of milk!

Split Pea Soup with Pretzel Bites

This meal is so good and so easy! The soup is thick and creamy and the pretzel bites are light and airy.  As you can see in the picture, Emma just loves them and can’t wait to eat one!

This soup is full of veggies, barley, and ham.  It is a great way to use leftover ham. The best part about this soup is that is cooked in the slow cooker!
